Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders placed will normally ship within 1-3 business days. There are rare situations or during holidays/sales, we may experience stockouts, which can cause a delay in orders. If this occurs, we will contact you promptly.
USPS Domestic Shipping (USA)
First-Class Package: Once your order ships, it will arrive in 3-7 business days once processed (M-F, excluding weekends and holidays).
Priority Mail: Once your order ships, it will arrive in 1-2 business days once processed (M-F, excluding weekends and holidays). We cannot deliver to domestic PO boxes with expedited services unless the physical address of the PO boxes is stated on the shipping address.
Contact USPS Customer Service: If 5 or more days from the date of mailing has expired for delayed deliveries, please call the post office at the following 1-(800) 275-8777.
USPS Military APO/AFO:
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery once your order is processed.
USPS International Shipping
We ship anywhere in the world as long as you are willing to cover the cost of shipping. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will add it to our site for shipping options. Shipping rates vary based on location, the weight of your package, and the shipping time frame. Please note that any customs charges incurred on packages are the responsibility of our customers to pay and customs can or may hold a package anywhere between 12-30 days, meaning arrival dates will vary.
If an international order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
Tracking
All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text once your order is processed and ready to be shipped. If you receive your tracking information, but it does not update the delivery status within two weeks of your order, the mail carrier most likely misplaced the package prior to scanning.
If this happens, please contact us two weeks from the date of your original order and we will reship your order with the same tracking information.
JustinTime LLC is not liable for missing or lost packages. First Class Packages are NOT insured; however, Priority Mail shipments are 100% insured. Please use the tracking number we provide to follow your order until it is delivered. If you do not receive your order, but the tracking number shows that it’s been delivered, please check with your local mailman, neighbors, apartment leasing office, or building manager/mailroom, before contacting us. If you are still unable to locate the package, please reach out to us and we will file a claim. Based on the outcome of the claim, we may or may not be able to replace your order.
If you need to file a claim for a lost package and you have purchased Priority Mail for your shipping, you will be asked for our address where we ship from and it is as follows:

Damaged Items
Upon the arrival of your order, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show damage, however, if damage occurred to the products in your shipment, please contact our team here and we will be happy to assist you. We strive to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
Incorrect/Wrong Address
If you contact us before your order is processed, we will update your shipping information for free; however, if you incorrectly enter your address after we have processed your order, we will have to charge you the postage and packing cost for having to reprint your shipping label. If your order was already shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the product until we receive the order back from the shipping company due to an incorrect address delivery failure.
We ask that you please make sure you enter your address correctly the first time.
Cancellation Policy
Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
