What Methods of Payment are Accepted?

The following methods of payment are accepted:

What is your refund policy?

When it comes to Texas Tea Hair & Beard Oil, as long as the seal is not broken, you can mail your order back and you will be refunded for the cost of the oil. However, if the seal has been broken, we currently do not have a return policy to remain in compliance with the QAI Organic Certification Program, and all sales are final once shipped. For the Butter and Buttercream, we do not offer refunds since these products cannot be sealed.

For our FOREX Trading Program, there are no refunds once your subscription for the month has been processed; however, before your next month is processed, please contact us to cancel your subscription if you cannot cancel it on your own.

How long does shipping take to receive my products.

First-Class Package:  2-5 Business Days Once Processed (M-F, excluding weekends and holidays).

Priority Mail: 1-2 Business Days Once Processed (M-F, excluding weekends and holidays). 

Military APO/AFO: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery once your order is processed.

International: Shipping time varies based on location, the weight of your package and the shipping service selected.

Do you all offer same day shipping?

Orders placed on/before 3:00 PM CST M-F will receive same-day shipping.

Where is my tracking number or information?

All orders will receive full tracking information via email and/or SMS text once your order is processed and ready to be shipped. 

Can I change my address after I place my order?

If you contact us before your order is processed, we will update your shipping information for free; however, if you incorrectly enter your address after we have processed your order, we will have to charge you the postage and packing cost for having to reprint your shipping label. If your order was already shipped, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the product until we receive the order back from the shipping company due to an incorrect address delivery failure.

We ask that you please make sure you enter your address correctly the first time.

Can I cancel my order?

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders out quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed and tracking information has been provided.

If your order has been processed, you will be charged additional shipping to cover the cost of additional postage.

Will I have to pay a duty, import fee or import tax for international orders?

No. There will be no payment of import tax on the JustinTimeJLew website; however, you, as the customer, are the importer of record, and you MUST comply with all rules and regulations of your destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import tax, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
